Her post highlights her support for her fiancé Lee Jang-woo’s ventures, making this aspect particularly noticeable.
Recently, Lee Jang-woo emerged as a prominent figure in the culinary world, beginning with his instant udon eatery and expanding into sundae soup, curry houses, and walnut snacks. Despite garnering considerable interest from the public due to his ambitious pursuit reminiscent of Jongwon Baek’s success, he has faced criticism lately over the perceived mismatch between the food quality and prices offered on his menus.
In reply, Lee Jang-woo stated, “Initially, the business thrived once we launched the Sundat Gukjip, yet its appeal waned due to alterations in flavor. When I tested it myself, I found it unpalatable. Believing a fresh start was necessary, I provided candid feedback saying ‘I revised the recipe,’ however, this led only to further severe backlash, with people questioning whether ‘business fever’ had taken hold.”
At the same time, Lee Jang-woo and Cho Hye-won were involved with KBS2’s “My Only Side” and publicly acknowledged their romance in June 2023. Following this, Lee Jang-woo featured Cho Hye-won on his YouTube channel, they went out on several public dates, and have since maintained a secure and affectionate partnership.
