WWE
has declared that GÜNTER has been ‘put on hold’ due to his behavior
the Raw after WrestleMania
.
Only 48 hours after surrendering the World Heavyweight Championship to Jey Uso in
Las Vegas
,
the Ring General
responded by attacking commentators Michael Cole and Pat McAfee on the
Netflix
show.
He delivered a harsh assault on both individuals, as McAfee was substituted at the table by
SmackDown star Joe Tessitore
, as Cole went back to the booth.
In continuation of the current narrative, Raw’s general manager, Adam Pearce, has declared actions to be implemented against the previous champion.
He stated: “Following consultations with representatives of all three individuals, GUNTHER has received a fine of unspecified value and is suspended indefinitely.”
The in-character video implies that the Austrian star might be absent from television for some duration; however, WWE could still surprise audiences with unexpected appearances to keep up his ongoing dominance.

In the clip revealing the pause, Pearce stated: “Everyone should have witnessed the incident involving GUNTHER, Michael Cole, and Pat McAfee that transpired during Raw.”
‘First things first, Pat and Cole are fine. Pat is in Green Bay handling the coverage.’
NFL
Drafting, and Cole is at it again, getting ready for Raw with a Hall of Fame-worthy preparation.
‘As for you, GUNTER, your behavior was despicable and repulsive. You will never lay hands on a member of my announcing crew again, as there’s no honor in assaulting someone who only speaks into a microphone.’
‘You’re upset because you lost the World Heavyweight Championship to Jey Uso, and I understand that, but if you want to point fingers, sit down in front of a mirror and question the person looking back at you.’
On his show, The Pat McAfee Show, he spoke about it.
the former NFL star
acted according to the plot and maintained that he first thought ‘a hit on the neck’ due to the incident.
“There are security measures in place, but no one steps in as I feel my life being strangled. What can I do? It became clear very fast that not much helps once GUnter has his grip on you. My body seemed to slip away. In a way, you vanish into thin air,” he stated.
Everyone who claimed they were glad this happened to me, I wish we could meet in person just so I could punch you in the face. I was defending Michael Cole. Tell me what comes next.
I’m all in, fully committed regardless of the circumstances. If you believe that strangling me will make me back down, you’re mistaken. You might think that making me public enemy number one will cause me to stop appearing, but you couldn’t be more incorrect.

GUNTER might find himself on a collision course with McAfee once he returns to the screen.
Just prior to his match against Jey, the previous champion addressed the uncertainties – including his own – surrounding their storyline and encouraged his rival to ‘rise to the occasion.’
‘I’m always extremely proud of my work—I wonder what Jey thinks! But I believe we’re in an excellent position,’ said Gunther.

Many people supported me prior to my time with WWE; they enjoyed seeing me in technically focused ring matches. However, within WWE, it’s less about that and encompasses a broader range of elements.
You can’t refute that. Think what you will about Jey, but most folks—I was beneath the ring at Madison Square Garden, prepared to leap onto him as he entered—and let me tell you, that floor was trembling when he walked in.
In the United Kingdom, Netflix serves as the platform for WWE content, featuring regular installments of Raw, NXT, and SmackDown.
