On April 26, the Arts Council of Pakistan in Karachi partnered with the French Cultural Center, specifically the Alliance Française de Karachi, to present a hypnotic electro-pop music event from France. This concert took place on Tuesday evening at Auditorium I.
The event included an impressive show by the well-known French performer Clement Visage, whose dynamic and enchanting hypnotic electro-pop melodies enthralled the crowd, causing participants to move along with the beat of his songs.
Many residents turned out for the concert and were highly impressed by Visage’s artistic skills.
The notable attendees at the event included President of the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi Muhammad Ahmed Shah, French Consul General Alexis Chahtahtinsky, and the president of Alliance Française de Karachi Mona Siddiqui.
At the event, Shah stated: “The children of today grasp French music more readily than we do. I am profoundly thankful to the French Consulate and Alliance Française for arranging this gathering. I trust these cultural exchanges will persist into the future.”
The celebrated French artist Visage conveyed his enthusiasm, saying: “Performing outside my hometown for the first time was an amazing experience, particularly at the Arts Council. Being so warmly received by the audience in Karachi really touched me.”
He went on to say: “I am immensely grateful to the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi, and the French Cultural Centre, Alliance Francaise de Karachi, for providing me with this fantastic opportunity.”
